We aim to keep tracking light. As of 10 July 2026, we use:

3. Consent banner
Under PECR / UK guidance, strictly necessary cookies do not need a banner. Preference storage for theme is treated as functional.
When analytics is configured (NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_MEASUREMENT_ID), a minimal banner asks you to Accept analytics or keep Essential only. We do not load Google Analytics until you accept. You can change your mind via Cookie settings in the footer.
4. How to control cookies
- Clear site data in your browser settings (this resets theme preference)
