- Website URL
- Business name (optional)
- Town (optional)
- Email address
- Technical analysis results derived from publicly available website content and, where available, Google PageSpeed Insights
When you pay or request work
- Payment details are processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers

Automatically
- Basic technical data your browser sends (e.g. IP address, user agent) if our host logs requests for security
- Theme preference stored on your device (see Cookies)
3. Why we use your data (lawful bases)
- Contract / steps before a contract — to run the Call Check you requested and to deliver paid Job Map Reports or Top 3 Fix Week work
- Legitimate interests — to follow up once about the free Call Check (you can opt out any time), improve our service, and keep the site secure
- Consent — where you tick to receive marketing updates (if offered); you can withdraw any time
- Legal obligation — tax and accounting records for paid invoices
4. Who we share data with
- Stripe — payments (see Stripe’s privacy policy)
- Google — if PageSpeed Insights is used to score a public URL (the site URL is sent to Google’s API; your email is not)
- Hosting / email providers we use to run the website and reply to you
We do not sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep it
- Snapshot leads: up to 24 months, or sooner if you ask us to delete
- Paid customer records and invoices: at least 6 years (UK tax practice)
- Security logs: typically up to 90 days
6. Your rights (UK GDPR)
You can ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete data (where we do not need to keep it for law or contract)
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Receive a copy in a portable format (where applicable)
Email Contact details coming soon. We aim to reply within one month.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
7. International transfers
Some providers (e.g. Stripe, Google) may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they typically use approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
8. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
